The Good -

The Garden Heights Condominium has a variety of spacious units to offer such as studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom types. It is highly accessible through public transportations along E. Rodriguez Avenue. Leisure districts and commercial establishments are within its surrounding area such as Tomas Morato Avenue and Greenhills Shopping Center. Any provider is allowed for its cable, landline, and internet services.

The Bad -

There are no seats for the guests in the lobby. Also, there are no amenities available in this condominium. It is also located in a highly traffic area along E. Rodriguez Avenue which can also be quite noisy especially during rush hours.

The Verdict -

The Garden Heights Condominium has a favorable location being situated in the commercial stretch along E. Rodriguez Avenue. It is a convenient dwelling place because transportation is readily available as it is at the roadside and nearby food chains, banks, and other commercial establishments. Several medical institutions are in short distance including St. Luke’s Medical Hospital.  In addition, the units are spacious - a two-bedroom unit type measures 51 square meters with a balcony. Families as well as students within the surrounding schools should consider this university. It also offers commercial spaces at its ground level.

I own a unit here. there is a grocery store downstairs, fastfood, restaurants and coffee shops. location is super nice. although i wish they would do a better job maintaining the building. they need to replace dead lights in the hallways immediately and make sure the viewing deck is always clean.
