The Good -

The condominium has spacious studio-type unit, one bedroom unit, two bedroom unit, and three bedroom units available. The units are built with high quality materials. The unit windows are really wide and bring in a lot of natural lighting. At the ground floor, there is a commercial area with a laundry shop, a water station, a Family Mart, and even a spa. Near the building, one can also find Puregold and S&R grocery stores. There are a lot amenity options like the landscaped garden, pool deck, swimming pool, fitness area, function room, daycare center, gazebo, barbeque area, and outdoor children’s playground. All of them are well-maintained.

The Bad -

Being at a corner location, the condominium driveway’s entrance and exit points are at quite an awkward position and the cars going in and out can cause traffic. Rush hour traffic is already severe in the area. The building is also surrounded by other condominiums so some views may be blocked.

The Verdict -

Because the building has plenty of unit choices available, the building can accommodate different kinds of unit buyers, whether they be single working professionals or families. Residents can relax in knowing that the building has a 100% backup generator in case of power failures and a 24-hour security and reception. The building is easy to locate and get to because it is just along Shaw Boulevard. Despite some disadvantages like the traffic, Lee Gardens Condominium is overall an excellent condominium for professionals, couples, and families to invest in.
