The Good - The Peak Tower is a mixed-use development in Salcedo Village, Makati. Located at L.P. Leviste Street corner V.A. Rufino Street, The Peak Tower offers one of the best locations for professionals working in Makati’s central business district. Although the condominium is a combination of residential and commercial use, they can still promise exclusivity with its separate entrance for the residents.


The Bad - The Peak Tower is near different offices and establishments, making it a congested area for pedestrians and vehicles as well. There may be potential security threats due to the mix crowd walking around the area. On the other hand, the units are narrowly spaced.


Property Management
The Peak Tower in L.P. Leviste Street has its own property management, which imposes lenient condominium policies. The management virtually allows any service provider for different subscription plans for cable TV, internet connection, and landline. The management has maintained the building’s façade quite well. On the other hand, the management does not allow any pets within the premises of the condominium.
Security
Security in the Peak is tight. They do not allow anyone within the condominium premises until you have stated your reason or purpose of visit. On the other hand, one security feature that makes The Peak Tower secure is its separate entryway for residents and those who are working in The Peak Tower. Aside from these security measures, The Peak Tower has several CCTV cameras installed within the common areas of the condominium.
Amenities
The Peak Tower has one lap pool as its amenity. While swimming, you can enjoy the Makati skyline as a view. The pool is within an enclosed space, so residents cannot lounge under the sun. The lobby is cramped, with low-key lighting. Although the building is modernistic in theme, there were some native themed furniture in the lobby, along with an aquatic backdrop.
Unit Quality
The Peak Towers offers studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom units. The units are cramped and small for its size. Upon entering the unit, you will see the mini kitchen right away. Generally, the unit can only hold basic appliances and furniture only due to its lack of size. The kitchen has its own cabinet system with countertops. The bedroom can hold a bed and a small cabinet.
Location
The Peak Tower's location is its bestselling point. Located in the heart of Salcedo Village in Makati, the Peak is near various establishments such as shopping districts, entertainment and cultural hubs, bars, clubs, educational institutions, healthcare facilities and more. The surrounding area of the Peak Towers is known to be congested with traffic due to the volume of people residing and working around the area. L. P. Leviste is a one-way street; this may be a hindrance to first-time drivers who are not familiar with Makati’s traffic system.

Peak Towers is in a very good location close to all amenities it was very comfortable, great views. service was good.The only thing that was a small problem is it is on a one way street and taxi drivers found it difficult to get to.

I felt very safe in this condo. Clean, great location and easy to find.The presence of building staff (maintenance, security & reception) is indeed great. Danna is very accomodating. The condo is close to the malls (Greenbelt & Glorietta Mall). Nice view of the city and Manila Bay sunset. Convenient store (711), Drugstore (Mercury Drug), Laundry Shop (Panda Cleaner) are very close to the building. Very fast WiFi connection. Didnt have any problem with the hot water in the shower. The fridge worked great.The only downfall was the AC. It is older and needs to be replace or fix whatever the cause of the problem is. When i arrived, it was blowing warm air. I didnt have AC for 3 days, although Danna got me a Fan for the bedroom, it wasnt enough to cool the rest of the place. They were able to fixed it somehow and adjust the temperature but then it makes random loud banging noise. Overall, its a very nice safe place and i would recommend it to other travellers.

The place is good. The problem was when we were about to claim our security deposit at the end of our stay. As the staff are not conveniently in the lobby of the condo all the time, it was hard for us to retrieve the booking on our last day. We do understand that people have family emergencies but this should not inconvenience guests. There's always a way to pass it on to other staff if one is not available. We were able to get our security deposit 3 days after our check out. It was pretty inconvenient and unprofessional of the staff. I will never return to this apartment and I will not recommend this to any of my friends.
