The Good - Three Salcedo Place offers generously spaced two and three bedroom units, ideal for medium sized to large sized families looking for a home in the middle of Makati’s Central Business District. Nearby Three Salcedo Place are different places of education, entertainment, shopping, and more.


The Bad - Three Salcedo Place faces Jaime Velasquez Park, a location known to hold the Salcedo Saturday Market. Some residents complain of the noise coming from the Saturday Market itself. The two towers of Three Salcedo share the amenities, thus expect crowding during peak hours or peak seasons.


Property Management
Three Salcedo Place is the last development of the Salcedo Place series brought to us by Ayala Land Inc. With its sister developments One and Two Salcedo, the Three Salcedo is a remarkable feat different from its predecessors with its notable features and difference from the two. On the other hand, the property management, Ayala Properties Management Corporation, has restrictive policies aimed to protect the interests of the residents. They only allow electricity as power source for cooking. Any service provider is allowed in the building for cable TV, internet connection, and landline. They also allow pets within the condominium premises.
Security
The security within the building is tight. There are designated security personnel at every entrance of the condominium. Numerous roaming guards also secure and monitor the activities within the condominium’s common areas. Aside from these, they also have installed CCTV security cameras around the amenities and other common areas to detect any suspicious activities around the premises
Amenities
The condominium has a vast lobby with enough furniture for guests to sit on. Three Salcedo Place has two entrances, with the back entrance facing Bautista Street serve as a drop-off point for residents with cars. Three Salcedo Place has its own swimming pool, fitness gym, and function room. These amenities are shared between the two towers, thus the amenities might be congested due to the volume of residents who will use the amenities during peak hours or even peak seasons. The gym is well-equipped with the necessary strength and cardiovascular equipment needed.
Unit Quality
Three Salcedo Place’s two and three bedroom units are generously spaced. Every room in the unit has large windows, enough to let natural light pass in. For three bedroom units, those come with a laundry area and a maid’s quarters. Kitchens are fully equipped with a complete cabinet system of modular and overhead cabinets, countertops, and a slot for an electric oven range. Bathrooms are equipped with sinks, bathtubs for master’s bathroom, and showers for the other rooms. Some units do not have a view of Makati’s skyline. On the other hand, some residents complain the noise coming from the Saturday Market at the park. Aside from the kitchen, laundry area, and bathroom, which are installed with ceramic tiles, the rest of the unit has wood laminate tiles installed. These units can house bulk furniture and appliances due to its generous space.
Location
Located within the famous condominium strip in Makati City, Three Salcedo Place is undeniably a good spot for residence as its location is nearly accessible to all places in Makati City. Various educational institutions, well known shopping and dining spots, malls, and hotels are nearby Three Salcedo Place. However, if you’re into commuting, it may be a bit hard as public transport ply through major thoroughfares in Makati, unless you opt for a cab.
