Trees Residences

I am a resident here. convenient location, peaceful, value for money. But I, along with other residents, have lots of complains here. Very strict in parking. They will only allow 15 mins of car standby for dropoff or pickup. There is not even a parking space for visitors, let alone the fact that we, the residents, can't even park our own cars ourselves. Turnover of the parking space we bought is 2018. They deny our request for temporary parking. They allot the parking spaces for the sales agents to do business. The lobby closes at 6pm and is mostly used for sales. And so again, no visitors can go to or wait at the lobby beyond 6. Construction is in full swing. Ergo, dusts are flying around all over the place. What a health hazard this is. Pictures in the ads are way beautiful than the real ones. They don't allow pets and this is so sad. So if u guys have dogs, this is definitely not a place for you. Very strict in the use of elevators. U can only deliver furnitures or appliances from 10am to 3pm weekdays. So, don't shop for heavy stuff after offce hours and on weekends unless you are up to climbing the stairs. Most importanly, we have water interruptions in some mornings. They say that they were just trying to lessen the water pressure. But hey, by doing so, water supply doesnt reach us at the 8th floor! And so, we need to stop our laundry, bathing, etc. How fun is this especially if ur in the middle of doing stuff? Clearly, their engineers didn't study their notes while they were constructing this project. Worst, water turned dirty yellow, one instance. We snapped a photo and called the attention of the guard on duty so that he can report it to the mngment. No updates but i'll really rally on this issue because water is supposed to be safe. The management staff- yes they are friendly, courteous- but their consciousness of rules is exaggerated. As a resident, i don't feel much freedom here bec of their OA houserules. Way different from DMCI. Really underwhelming.

Just across SM Fairview comes the Trees residences. Ideal for everybody who wants to be convenient going to Metro Manila from Bulacan and right across a university and schools.
