The Good -

Each tower at Tropicana Garden City has a concierge to cater to the needs of both guests and tenants. Condominium lobbies look comfortable with proper ventilation and plush seating for waiting guests. Security personnel are stationed at the main gate and around the condominium premises to ensure safety. Unit types that are available include studio, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom. These units are well-built, eco-friendly, and properly maintained by both property management and unit owners. Amenities such as a swimming pool, a fitness gym, a gazebo and a children’s play area are available for use. Moreover, the location of Tropicana Garden City is near commercial areas and public transportation routes.

The Bad -

The area is prone to flooding during the rainy season. Getting around the city during heavy rains will be difficult, especially if you choose to commute. On the aesthetic side, the buildings look a bit plain and unappealing. Some of the commercial spaces at the ground floor are not being used and not properly maintained.
