The Good - The low-rise clusters of condo buildings within a fenced enclave inside McKinley Hill will have Tuscany Private Estate feel that they live abroad. The project’s lower levels along Upper McKinley Road are lined with bars and restaurants perfect for a night out with close friends.

The Bad - The only way to reach McKinley Hill is via the two major roads: C5 road and Upper Mckinley Road. During rush hours, these thoroughfares are heavily congested, which is why going in and out of the area becomes difficult.

Property Management
Upkeep of Tuscany Private Estate looks fairly done well . The gardens and swimming pool area were looking well maintained and walls newly painted. Pets are allowed by the building administrators, but tenants are advised to check with the owners of the individual units. Property management is by First Oceanic Property Management (FOPM).
The estates are fairly well guarded, but may be too guarded for some, as there is only one entrance gate leading to all the clusters’ parking areas. This means residents’ private vehicles, delivery vans, and practically all other vehicles go through the same entrance gate, which potentially can create bottleneck when vehicle traffic gets heavy.
Hallways and common areas feature interesting Italian design and architecture, while the project’s main building is a 17-story tower boasting festive hues reminiscent of Tuscany’s famous cities. In front of the main building is a courtyard with rotunda. On the downside, there is only one 15-meter swimming pool for a condo project that’s 1.5 hectares big. That means residents living in either end of the project (Clusters 1 and 6) will have to walk some long distance to get to the swimming pool.
Unit Quality
The project’s loft-type units are well designed, with high ceilings, a separate room for kitchen, and spacious living room and balcony (with huge windows). The upper-level bedroom’s window, however, offers no view to speak of, save that of the enclosed hallway, which can be an issue as this can lead to poor air circulation.
Tuscany Private Estate is a fenced low-density residential project within the already self-contained township of McKinley Hill. Tuscany, however, is located some distance away from the area’s offices, mall, and high-rise towers, which means it is relatively quieter. In fact, its close neighbors include low-dense projects McKinley Park Villas and McKinley Hill Village. It also has direct access to the southbound side of C5 Road going to South Luzon Expressway. However, for one to get to BGC and Makati, the only route available is through Lawton Avenue, which gets very congested during the rush hour.

Best example of your own place where everything is just elevator button away with less crowd and noise. The Tuscany is one of the prestigous development of Megaworld Corporation where you can enjoy the luxury of living in a metropolis with a relax, serene and refreshing environment.
