The Good - The good thing about Twin Oaks Place is that it leaves both a good first impression and a good lasting impression. Everything from its façade to its units is spotless, clean, and well-designed. The best thing about Twin Oaks Place is its loft type units, which have high ceilings and give residents a marvelous floor-to-ceiling window view of the surrounding city.

The Bad - There actually is not much bad to say about the building. One problem could be the uncovered mini golf area gets filled with water during rain. Another one is that each floor has around 20 units, which could be a cause of long elevator waiting time during rush hours.

The Verdict - Aside from the building’s well-built and well-designed units, the building has tight security, which can be seen in its security-patrolled common areas and main entrance metal detectors. The condominium’s 90% back-up generator guarantees that residents still get to have some electricity in their units in the event of power outages. Twin Oaks Place is all in all a great investment for homeowners. Such homeowners can range from working professionals, executives, couples, or small families. Right along Shaw Boulevard, the building is also near Shangri-La Plaza, Lourdes School, and the main business district of Ortigas, making daily living easy.
