The Good - The Two Salcedo Place offers the basic amenities for its residents. This 12-storey building is located within the condominium strip of Salcedo. Most establishments are just a walk away from Two Salcedo. There are only 4 units per floor, thus privacy and exclusivity is guaranteed.

The Bad - The Two Salcedo Place may not be the suitable residence for people who do not have their own vehicle, or those who prefer to have easy access to public utility vehicles. Located within the center of Salcedo Village, one must walk towards the main road to access public transportation vehicles, or they could ride a cab to their destination.

Property Management
The building’s façade is well-maintained. However, the drop-off area at the entrance is steep—some vehicles or drivers may have problems when it comes to ascending or descending the drop-off. The Two Salcedo Place and its property management, Ayala Property Management Corporation, are lenient when it comes to its policies. The management allows the use of both gas and electricity for stoves and ranges. They do not have any restrictions when it comes to installation of any service provider for cable and internet. On the other hand, they allow pets within the condominium premises.
Despite the absence of a concierge, the management’s security is strict. Usual security protocols are implemented for every guest and other visitors in the condominium. The entrance to the lobby is gated. Though the lobby is large enough to occupy several groups of visitors at a time, the number of furniture to accommodate visitors is limited. Most of the common areas are equipped with security electronic devices such as CCTV security cameras. Fire safety plans and devices such fire exits, escape plans, fire hose cabinets, fire extinguishers, and the like are also available.
Two Salcedo Place has its own swimming pool and function room for amenities. Their swimming pool area has an open space for a gazebo-like lounge with a barbeque grill perfect for parties. There are two pools — one for adults, and the other for children. There’s an open shower area at the side of the swimming pool. A floatation device is available in case of an emergency. Unfortunately, there are no life guards to assist the residents. Children are placed under the supervision of their accompanying adult.
Unit Quality
A 2BR unit in Two Salcedo Place can accommodate families with around 4-6 members with its large allotted space. The living and dining area is facing the Salcedo Park — during weekends, people hold bazaars and food events in the park. Meanwhile, the space for the living and dining area can accommodate up to medium-sized furniture sets without making the space crowded. The floors of the rooms, except for the bath and the kitchen, are made of wood laminate tiles. The kitchen has fixtures such as cupboards, cabinets, and countertops installed. A small hallway separates the bedrooms from the living room. The bedroom is spacious enough for several bedroom furniture. On the way to the bathroom is a walk-in cabinet. The windows on each room are large enough to let natural light in. Electrical outlets are reasonably distributed in each room.
The Two Salcedo Place is surrounded by numerous residential and commercial establishments. Notable places around Two Salcedo Place are the Makati Sports Club, the Salcedo Saturday Market, Mapua Institute of Technology – Makati, Ayala Triangle Park, and more. If you want to get around Makati’s Central Business District, you either have to drive from Two Salcedo Place, take a cab, or ride public utility vehicles plying along the main roads of Makati.
