The Good - Residents can be sure of W Tower’s spacious one level and bi-level units with nice views of the surrounding northern skyline of Bonifacio Global City. Much praise can also be said about the building’s prime location at 39th Street North, Bonifacio Triangle. With easy access to places such as S&R shopping mall, Market Market!, St. Luke’s Medical Center, and St. Michael’s Church, residents can get everything they might need or want. There is also no traffic build up because not a lot of cars pass through.

The Bad - Some of the units are not well-maintained. The floors are dirty and dusty. The paint is fading while small and shallow cracks are starting to show on the walls.

Property Management
The condominium management, FPD Asia, keeps the building’s facade and common areas in good condition. Lobbies and hallways are well-ventilated for a comfortable building environment. The building has its own 80% generator back up, which is used for the common areas, elevators, lights, refrigerators, and one extra socket in each unit. Pets are not allowed in the condominium so as to reduce disturbances and to prevent units and common areas from being worn. Overall, there is a balance between strict rules and more relaxed rules all for the convenience and comfort of the tenants and unit owners.
Regular security protocols are practiced in the condominium. Guards are stationed at all building entrances and there are surveillance cameras monitoring in common areas. The building is also properly prepared for fire and earthquake emergencies.
All of the building’s amenities can be found on one floor. The open area swimming pool is small and has rough tiles to prevent people from slipping. There is also a party deck that residents can reserve in advance. Surrounding these areas are a paved sun bathing deck, shower and locker facilities, and changing rooms. The lobby area is clean, welcoming, and airy. Moreover, there is a commercial center at the ground floor that features restaurants and convenient stores.
Unit Quality
Prospective home buyers can choose from W Tower’s one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom loft type and flat units, which all have balconies. The building used quality materials, but shows poor maintenance either from the property management or the previous tenant.
Near Bonifacio Triangle, the building’s location gives residents access to places such as S&R, St. Luke’s Medical Center, Market Market, and Serendra. They can even walk to these places easily because of the pedestrian-friendly streets of Bonifacio Global City. At night, residents do not need to worry about going outside because of the well-lit streets and the guards patrolling the area. The area is also not flood-prone. Traffic congestion also is not much of an issue, which means there is less noise pollution and wasted time going to places. However, public transportation may be more difficult to access since buses and taxis do not usually pass through the area.

I don't live here...but I know someone that does ;) What a lucky bastard; it's a really nice place! Everything in the condo is chic, modern and luxurious to the steel fridge, drawers you can't slam shut (they're quiet!) to the energy efficient washer and dryer. They have big gorgeous panel windows that allow for ample natural lighting to come through. High level of security considering you can't just walk into the lobby. There's always security/doorman to greet you when you walk in.
