The Good - Westgate Plaza in Salcedo has a wide range of amenities some of its neighboring condominiums cannot offer. The condominium is 15 years of age, but they still continue to update their facilities and services.

The Bad - This condominium does not allow residents to have their pets live with them. Depending on the unit owner, there are restrictions when it comes to renovating the unit itself.

Property Management
The Greco-Roman column design of the building’s façade makes Westgate Plaza distinct from its surrounding buildings. Unlike other condominiums, the Westgate Plaza does not have its own driveway, thus fetching or dropping off may be a hassle during rainy days. The management does not allow pets inside the unit. Upon entering the lobby, you will be greeted by the courteous concierge and security personnel. The lobby is pleasantly spacious, enough to receive a number of guests. Food deliveries and guests have to undergo the management’s security procedure.
The security measures implemented in Westgate Plaza are strict. They want to ensure safety, peace, and order within the condominium premises. Aside from CCTV security camera installations, there are also policies that concern the safety of the residents. They restrict access to their amenities so children cannot access them without adult supervision. Fire prevention and precautionary systems are available.
Westgate Plaza has a wide range of amenities that include a swimming pool, a fitness gym, a sauna, and a function room. You can safely enjoy these amenities as they restrict access to these places within the condominium for children safety.
Unit Quality
The unit has enough space to fit several furniture and appliances. The kitchen, dining room, and the living room are adjacent to each other. Fixed furniture such as cupboards and cabinets are available. Electrical sockets are sparingly distributed in each part of the room. The windows allow natural light to come in, however this is only applicable for the living area and the master’s bedroom. The unit is ideal for medium sized families of 4-5 members.
The ground floor of the building shares its space with two banks, BDO and Metrobank, enabling easy access to various bank ATMs and more. Different schools and universities are accessible from this location. There are no guest parking spaces, so your guests will have to pay for street parking or on nearby parking lots. The building isn’t flood-prone. Commuting can be a hassle, except if you take a cab.
