Having envisioned a first-class lifestyle for the low- and mid-income Filipino family, President Delfin S. Lee formed Globe Asiatique Realty Holdings Corporation. The company’s very first venture was Sta. Barbara Villas, a 100% socialized housing project in San Mateo, Rizal, followed by a 14-hectare property in the same city, which carried the same name. In 1995, through hard work and perseverance, a sister company, Filmar Realty Corporation, was established. By mid 2002, Lee ventured into high-rise projects with Globe Asiatique Tower (G.A. Tower) as his brainchild. Not slowing down, the company continued to make its mark in the industry as a fierce competitor with its five-star condoville development, Chateau Valenzuela, which was followed by the luxurious, high-rise condominium, G.A. Tower 2, in 2005. Finally, at the height of the company’s success, the Xevera project in Pampanga was launched in 2008.
