The Good -

Chula Vista is an exclusive middle class residential community that offers house and lot for sale in Davao City. Homeseekers can choose among the seven different Spanish-inspired model houses to suit their needs. Residents can enjoy the breezy environment because of its location on the high area of Cabantian. In addition to this, flood is not an issue as it is situated in a flood-free area. For convenience and recreation, there are commercial establishments in the area, as well as amenities which include a basketball court, a swimming pool, and a pavilion.


The Bad -

Chula Vista is more suited for vehicle owners as the community is downhill which makes it a challenge if you are going out on foot. The location is also situated in a high-traffic area. The environment needs better maintenance such as a regular trim for tall grass. While this is a gated subdivision, there are no visible roving guard. In addition, the deep well is the only water source for the development.
