The Good -

If you are looking for an affordable house and lot for sale in Bacolod, Golden Gate Hills can be your residence of choice. This gated subdivision offers low-cost two bedroom housing units enabling the low-end market segment to have their own home. House and lot packages can also be availed through Pag-Ibig’s payment scheme. Also, this residential development is along Barangay Alangilan, which accessible to the main road and transportation route.


The Bad -

To begin with, the community’s security is inefficient. The guard house has no guard on post and the entrance gate is left open. There are no roving guards visible in the premises. The houses have only one model type which are small and unevenly distributed in the area. The surrounding is not appealing as untrimmed grass are still all over the place. In addition, there are no amenities available which residents can enjoy.
