The Good -

The subdivision’s streets are wide and lined with proper sidewalks for pedestrians. Even more pleasant is that the surroundings are decorated with well-trimmed bushes and trees. Grande Vita also has a spacious amenity area which includes a playground, basketball court, mini park, and a function hall. For the subdivision’s safety, there are security guards stations at the main entrance, as well as roving guards to ensure that the community is peaceful and safe. As for the properties, the subdivision has two storey homes which are well-built and spacious. Getting around isn’t much of a hassle as you can commute to nearby malls, markets, and schools using public transportation like tricycles, pedicabs, jeeps, taxis, and utility vans.
