Liege Residential Townhouse is a low-dense development with only ten units offered. Each unit is three story high and has two car garage. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and flood free area. Greenhills Shopping Center is a short drive away from here.

The Bad -

Liege Residential Townhouse has lax security setting with one entrance guard on post. There are no apparent security cameras installed on the area. The unit views are not much spectacular, either facing the inner part of the development or the surrounding area. There are no amenities available in here.

The Verdict -

This is an exclusive residential townhouse tucked in a quiet area in San Juan. Liege Residential Townhouse is enclosed in a high gate, securing the privacy and exclusivity of the residents. However, the security guard on post is lax in entertaining guests and allowing them to enter the premises without much inspection. In addition, it is a purely residential development with no amenities available. On the other hand, the units have seven rooms, balcony, and two car garage which are fitting for a big sized family. The unit quality is good upon turnover and has basic fittings. It is much convenient to get here if you have your own vehicle because public transportation is not readily available in the area. It would also be better if there is a signage at the gate so guests can locate it easier.
