The Good -

There is a wide array of amenities St. Charbel Executive Village can boasts of to residents and guests alike. These are function hall, three gazebos, swimming pools for adults and kids, basketball and tennis courts, playground, and canteens. It is accessible to public transportations and nearby Trinoma and SM North Edsa. It is also a flood-free area.

The Bad -

The security is lax in some areas. There are no visible roving guards around. There are no visible guards or staff at the clubhouse facilities of function hall and gazebos. There are no lifeguards at the various pool areas.

The Verdict -

Home seekers need not think twice to live here in St. Charbel Executive Village in Mindanao Avenue. It is nearby major thoroughfares which makes public transportation readily available. This residential community has three phases that caters 250 families and still managed to maintain a clean and peaceful environment. What is remarkable about this exclusive subdivision are its wholesome multi-purpose clubhouse and amenities at each phase. The function hall is a fully air-conditioned room that can accommodate 120 persons; gazebos that can cater to at least 40 persons; an olympic sized pool and two other pools. All of the mentioned are available for the residents and guests.
