LONG-TERM:
Rental Rate: ₱25000 per month
Terms: 3months to 1 year contract

Rental Payment Terms & Conditions:
*Tenants shall shoulder all the utility bills [text removed] Association Dues, Electric Bill & Water Bill
*Required to pay in Cash 1-month advance & 2 months Security Deposit (refundable at the end of the contract) upon signing of contract.
*Only PDC’s are acceptable mode of payment for the succeeding months to be submitted upon signing of contract
*If PDC’s are not an option for the tenant, only Cash in Full Amount of the contract term to be paid upon signing of contract.
*All occupants are required to submit copy of their valid id’s to be registered with the condo admin for Authorization to stay and move-in.
*All tenants shall comply with the Contract of Lease

House Rules

No Pets or Smoking is permitted inside the unit, otherwise ₱2000 ($42) for extra cleaning service will be charged.
Smoking is only allowed in the balcony area.
In the event you loose the key, a charge of ₱4000 ($85) will be charged to replace the keys & new locks for security purposes.
Our unit is not part of any hotel operation. Much like having your own vacation home, they come fully furnished with well-equipped kitchen, linens, cleaning items, towels & toiletries. To add, no staff will be on-site to do room service, daily housekeeping service to clean and change sheets & towels. Although, if requested, can be arranged:
-Cleaning Fee ₱450 ($10)
-New Set of Bedding & Linens ₱685 ($15)
-Extra Towel ₱100/pc ($2)
(Please let us know in advance so we can make the arrangements)
No additional furnishings, appliances or supplies, other than what is found inside the unit will be provided.
Conserve Electricity - Turn off lights, AC unit, appliances if not in use or if you’re leaving the unit.
Conserve Water
Booked Guests will be held responsible for any of their companion/s or visitor/s actions for any untoward incidents, intentional or not, that may cause harm, injury, damage or loss to any property or any person/s affected.
This property is for residential purpose only and shall not be diverted to other uses. Any person/s hurt or property/properties damaged arising from the use of these properties shall not hold the unit owners, or its employees any liability or responsibility for any loss, injuries or damages incurred.
