Morgan Suites

Florence Way, McKinley Hill, Taguig City, Metro Manila

I lived here for 2 months. Loved my unit, kinda small around 22-24 sqm studio unit. Didn't need a big one I just needed a place to sleep. I didn't get parking so I parked on the empty slot on the corner around 70-90 pesos a night. When that is full I park at the multi-level parking at the back of the offices. It's still walking distance but the open parking is cheaper by 20 pesos. The gym was nice but never used it. There's a pool at the rooftop but never used it too. There's psbank at the ground floor, a bpi and bdo atm machines on the condo beside it. There's also a grocery store (wellcome), watsons there. Across the street there's McDonalds, Army Navy, Yellow Cab Pizza, Pancake House, Adobo connection , Starbucks, 711. There used to be a buildup of traffic in the intersection going to BGC but they've fixed that by opening up mckinley west. Now there's no more traffic in that area. Going to my office in BGC takes 5 minutes.

Tivoli Garden Residences

Coronado St., Hulo, Mandaluyong, Metro Manila

Reviewed on Jan 16, 2015

My girlfriend stayed here for a few months when their unit in ortigas was being renovated. Parking is such a hassle! They have a few slots for guests. There were times when I got lucky and was able to park but most times I park in Jolibee near the rotunda and then we take a pedicab or tricycle going to the condo. I don't like the location, you won't want to step outside the compound because it's like gangsta's paradise. It's also congested too many units for the size of the property. The pool looks nice and they have a viewing deck or observatory on top of the new building which gives you a great view of Makati skyline. Amenities are nice but location is bad.

The Trion Towers

8th Avenue corner McKinley Pkwy, Fort Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila

Reviewed on Nov 21, 2014

I love the fitness amenities. If i had rented here i could cancel my gym membership because it has everything i need. The pool is kinda small right now but i believe once all the towers are done they will make it bigger. Also when i was there it was too windy in the pool area, probably seasonal. The lobby also had a high ceiling but the drop off area is quite small now since construction is ongoing. If you have 25-30k monthly budget for rent this could be a good choice, personally i find it too expensive

Bonifacio Heights

Lawton Ave, Taguig City, Metro Manila

Reviewed on Nov 20, 2014

Ive been living here for 3 months and its been great so far. If you work in BGC and looking for a place to rent but find BGC condos too expensive bonifacio heights is a good option. For 20k a month you can rent a 2 bedroom unit with parking, in BGC thats equivalent to just studio or 1 bedroom without parking. There are no nearby malls or groceries but there is a store at the back of the clubhouse and one in Jaro building. Parking is open, which is why i dont leave my car, i wish they had roof for the parking slots. As for traffic sometimes the build up reaches the boni heights area but i still get to work in 20 mins. If you leave at 6am its just 5 mins drive.
