Rodulfo Lafradez, Jr., or Junroe his nickname is a graduate from the University of Santo Tomas having earned his Baccalaureate degree in Philosophy when he was yet in second year college granted by the Holy See through the Ecclesiastical Faculties of the University of Santo Tomas. UST is recognized as a pontifical university of which the academic institutes are approved directly by the Holy See. He took further studies major in Philosophy in graduate school in the same university after he finished his undergraduate AB Philosophy while being a faculty member at Far Eastern University (FEU) teaching Philosophy subjects for two (2) years.
Rodulfo Lafradez, Jr. is a licensed real estate broker and appraiser. He has been in the real estate industry for more than 15 years; bringing with him in-depth knowledge and experience in the field real estate investment, property appraisal, property management, sales & leasing and other real estate services. He sets-up Colliers International's branch office in Cebu City (one of the more than 500 offices worldwide) and he is formerly the general manager from year 2007 to 2011. Currently he is the general manager of Fareast Habitat a real estate firm he established after he left Colliers International.
He is actively doing appraisal. He has appraised hundreds of properties of various classifications in many location in Cebu City, province of Cebu, Visayas and Mindanao. Throughout his career, he has earned the respect from different fields of profession because of his real estate knowledge and experience. He is the resource speaker for the real estate broker continuing education seminar. He has been appointed as Commissioner by the Judicial Lower Court for Civil Cases both in the cities of Mandaue and Cebu: aiding the judges in making their verdicts for just compensation to an eminent domain proceedings and dissolution of conjugal partnership on separation of property.
