The best thing about this place is it's location as I think this is the best area in the Fort to live. You can tell the building wasn't built with the best quality but the place is kept up well. The windows seem flimsy and the walls are as well. Don't depend on the property management to fix anything as they don't seem to have any skilled engineers. Compared to the buildings in this area I would have to say this is one of the best still. The unit cut of the 3 br I'm in is quite nice. At the end of the day, it's location, location, location for me on this one.

I lived here for nearly a year but I still come back here to go to the boxing gym on the 3rd floor which is part of the rockwell club. It's actually one of the cleaner boxing gyms I've been in the Philippines and the swimming pool is great for doing laps. One of the best features of this building are their lofts. This building started the trend for two story lofts.

I lived here for 2 years in two different units. Rockwell's property management is hands down the best. The amenities here are pretty good like the rooftop swimming pools that has a great view of the Fort, Makati and Ortigas. The unit sizes are a bit smaller but I have to say in comparison with the Fort and other places in Makati, you get pretty good value with this building. Great hotel style lobbies, spacious parking and quality units.

I visited this place a few times looking for a unit to rent. On the top floors, you can probably get the best view of the entire city. Depending on the layout, you can get one view overlooking the golf course and Makati. On the other side, you can get a view of the entire city. The downside is when I looked at a few brand new units, there were already water stains on the wall which usually indicate leaks. One of the unit owner had a leak near the window because it wasn't sealed properly. That should be an indication of poor building quality.

The thing that stands out about One Serendra are the amenities and convenience for shopping and dinning. There are many pools, open grass are and parks within the property. The location is situated around Serendra and High street. The downside is the congestion from the foot traffic and ease of getting in/out of this property.

I took a tour the other day looking the buy or rent and the place felt very much like a mall/hotel. There's a shopping center in the lower levels and a big plus is there's a new much needed grocery store. However, the lobby feels hidden behind the building and it seems to be quite an obstacle to get in and out. Ideally I'd like to be situated in a place where access in and out is convenient. The building is new so I the build quality seems luxurious. The unit layouts didn't seem to be too big. There's an infinity style pool and well equipped gym on the 7th floor overlooking the golf course.

I thought the units were a decent price in comparison to other BGC buildings. The pool and gym was on the roof top and occasionally I had a trainer come out to train us there and we would do sprints on and box on the roof. There was plenty of space and the view was pretty nice. I didn't like the pool and thought it was cold too. I didn't like to congestion of the corner of Mckinley and 5th.
