I'm actually looking for a place near the office I'm employed in. I've been looking around and actually saw this good looking unit that seems to work for me. My friend actually lives here and she seems to be comfortable with her own unit. I want to know how else I can get more info about this. Thanks!!

Nice place. I love the fact that there a petron treats under the condo. so it's like a mini grocery. there is also jollibee, chowking and burby's. and there are taxis and jeep nearby.

A friend owns a unit here. I'd say this is a typical DMCI property with small-sized units and low ceiling. Though I still love their amenities which makes them stand out and enable them to compete with high-end developers.

one of our project that along C5 and very accesible to private and commuters, 5 minutes drive to SM Aura , market market if you work there this is a nice choice very affordable condo unit with pin wheel design ofr vintalation and natural airflow.

Visited this condo many times because one of my friends live here. The property is well-maintained as far as I can see--though I noticed that they have so much mosquitoes at night! Maybe management should consider fumigation or something. Hallways are well-ventilated. The actual unit has big windows that allows fresh air and sunlight. Every so often you can hear airplanes take off... but the noise is not that distracting :) Parking for visitors is a bit of a problem, usually we have to park at Petron. Security is good because there are guards stationed at the main gate as well as per building. Their pool is huge. Didn't see other amenities though (maybe I'm just not aware). Petron is the nearest commercial center (BGC and Mckinley is a bit far away, especially if C5 has heavy traffic). There's a taxi lane near the condo entrance for commuters.
