The gym equipment are not working (treadmill and indoor bike ) since last year. The elevator is ALWAYS defective. The quality of the building are obviously substandard. I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
I once rented a unit in this condominium. The sizes of the units depend on what you prefer really. The sizes are relatively small, or bluntly, they are very cramped---perhaps only good for a single occupant or couples who compromise their living space for nearby offices and shops. It's just across Shangrila and other shopping areas in Mandaluyong, right at the center of the hub in EDSA Crossing; MRT station is close by. But like any other locations at the heart of the city, the pollution is terrible. It's not recommended to those suffering from allergies and respiratory problems. As for the amenities of the building, it's OK but not that grand. When I was living in that place, I had never used the swimming pool on the rooftop once, not even once. I wanted to but it was either uncleaned, tiles of the pool floor were broken that one child had a cut once. The worst scenario I've ever experienced in that place was the time when the admin was not or did not pay for the electricity (due to some property issues, etc) that we were all forced to walk up and down the floors of the building through the stairs for more than a month! Imagine yourself living on the 5th or 7th floor!!! That's a horrible experience of all!
