Value for money investment so far. I'm one of the lucky investor who bought one of the units on Topaz Bldg. Price already doubled from the time I brought it. Great for location and security. Only drawback is the lack of amenities.

Location it's near Ortigas CBD which is great for me, there are a lot of transport modes like Bus going to quipo, jeep going to cubao, jeep going to starmall, UV express going to Ayala or SM megamall, Rob Galleria. The only bad thing is traffic, probably because they are improving the road. SM East Ortigas is a walk away and Super 8 too. BDO Bank and RCBC Bank is near. Mc Donalds, KFC and Jollibee are near too. You can walk to these places. In all fairness they always clean the corridors. And they always take out the garbage. Units are small just good for a Family of 3 or young professionals. They turn over the unit as bare unit, so if you want to have 1 bedroom or 2 bedrooms you need to get a professional to do it for you. Overall for the price it's not bad. The condo might be near floody area or street but the condo itself is not floody. You can always ride a tri-bike so that you won't get wet. Condo Dues are very affordable. Parking is very bad! Your visitors can only stay up to 1 Hour Max. There is a mini playground for kids it's on the left side when you enter the premises. The pool is small but they clean it every Monday.

I once lived on this condominium. Location wise is good and value for money. It has 24hr security. The only negative thing I can say is the poor parking management for visitor. It does not parking slot allotted for temporary visitors.
