The room i stayed at was very spacious. It place was also strategically located near high street, serendra, and market marker which is a big plus for my family. I also liked the very friendly staff of F1 suite.
The property is also within BGC's business district. The studio unit looks pretty decent for its size vs its price. I think that the place is also a good option if you are looking for a place to rent.
I visited a friend here for our victory group. She is renting a semi-furnished studio unit and I think that it's size is pretty decent vs the price. It is strategically located in BGC's business district. Location-wise, it will really be a great choice for young professionals.
