Poor service! Ang rude mostly ng admins nila. They don't value my opinion as my mother's (condo owner) child. I was very patient with them for a while but then this event happened and I finally snapped. There's water leakage in Building 2 and we, tenants, reported that to them. Pero it took 3 days (not counting Saturday and Sunday) wala paring action. "Susulat pa din sila, etc etc." Confronting them made no difference. The point is malaking perwisyo ang dulot as some things were tearing apart. Nasisira. Aside from that yung stress at imminent accidents na may ma-slide. They don't seem to care and they're fine na magbaranggayan na lang. Is this how you take care of your loyal tenants who have at least 2 properties? I'm fine recommending this place but with the way things go around here? Definitely not!
