Location - The location is convenient but is overshadowed by the fact that cars can barely pass the street where One Sapphire is because of blatant street parking of neighbors. Dog crap is all over the street too and lots of tambays and squatters in the area. Amenities - Technically, there is a pool and gym. But just FYI, pool is 3 ft at most. There are also rrstrooms in the pool area but incredibly filthy and foul-smelling. Value for money - You can get a better place fornthe amount you're paying to rent a unit here. Unit quality - Units have seen better days. Water leaks from the walls-an obviois sign that there are issues with the pipes. The bathroom floor in the unit we are renting is not even, so the water does not drain. You habe to squeegee the water just so you can flush the water out ofnthe shower enclosure. Property management - Admin people are impolite. They also have unusual policies that they cannot explain why when you ask them why it is like that. Security - There's a guard statiin on the entrance 24/7 and they require visitors to sign a logbook before they let them inside. Verdict: Go find someplace else to rent.
