The division to other units are solid cement, unlike with other buildings it's only a drywall that separates you from another. Lobby is like a hotel. Amenities is the usual type but nonetheless better. Location is perfect a few block away to Makati Med. Stone's throw away to Ayala Ave. Walking distance to parks of Legaspi and Washington Sycip, Greenbelt and Asian institute of management. Police station and fire station. Churches and schools. Shopping and leisure. Fitness and health clubs.

Pros - Great location! Mall, Hospital, Resto's, nightlife all less than 10 minutes away. - Gym is just as good as the ones in Rockwell. - Good amenities, big function room, room for kids to play, and room for games. - Easy to park in the parking lot. Cons - Traffic is nuts when you exit from the back around 6:00-7:30PM. - A lot of the units in Tower 2 still does not have in-house gas, meaning you can't cook. - Clueless admin office, poor service, staff is lazy, most are unwilling to help and give countless excuses. (As a tenants perspective this is the worst admin in out of 10 condos I lived in.) - Studio is bit overpriced for its size. A friend bought a 1.5 Bedroom unit and that is not bad. - What brings down the unit quality is the layout. Not impressive at all. (Based on studio, 1.5 bedroom, 2 bedrooms). Overall 3/5

I had a studio unit at this Condominium located in Makati City. After saving up for a few years, I was able to buy my own loft at this condominium building. After a number of considerations about how I wanted my loft to be like, I chose this condominium building because of my number priority when it comes to my house—it has to be convenient. There were several choices that were offered to me. When you want to purchase a condo unit in Metro Manila, the ideal locations should be Mandaluyong, Makati, Manila or Pasay. These cities are closer to the airport so it would be a good choice. One of the reasons why I chose this is because of the financing assistance. The developer of this place is owned by Metrobank Group. It was really confusing at first as to what condo unit will I take because most of the showrooms that I saw offered the same modern and upscale style. Thus, location was the main consideration thattipped the scale. Speaking of location, the main good thing about this condominium building is its proximity to the nearest landmarks which you would need in your day to day activities. Makati Medical Center is just across. This would answer for your medical needs should you want to go to the hospital in the middle of the night because of some discomfort. Another thing is it is near Makati Shangri-La Hotel. For your romantic ideas, you can always opt to go to the hotel or dine in at their restaurant. And most especially, it is two blocks from Greenbelt Shopping Complex. For your weekly shopping, groceries or food trip session, you don’t need to go further because you always have the option nearer to your place. The street where this is situated is also home of the major financial names thus for your banking concern you won’t have a problem.
