Lived here for a year. Location is good. It's in the middle of Makati business district so there are plenty of bars, restaurants, convenience stores, malls, and banks nearby. It's located along Burgos street, the red light district in Makati so it easily gets noisy and even chaotic at night (even on weekdays). Security is good, lobby is highly presentable. Parking is terrible! Driveways are too small. Despite offering long term accommodation, the building is still a hotel so when there are events in the function hall, the building gets crowded especially the elevators! Which, by the way, are always malfunctioning for some reason. It's an old building and they have very poor maintenance on the residential levels. Biggest problem for me is the pest control! The number of cockroaches are intolerable!! We kept our unit clean when we noticed this but they never went away. Even had pest control services twice a month and we might have used up over 10 big cans of insect sprays TO NO AVAIL.

The hotel is well located in Makati, but I found it to be very busy during my 2 night stay. The interior of the room was average but at least it was clean. I did have a TV in my room but it was that old I think it was built by Logie Baird himself. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was quite modern and very clean. The staff were very friendly and were happy to assist and advise me during my stay. This is not the hotel to bring children to, as it is right in the centre of the red light area, where you can't walk 5 metres without being asked if you would like a "massage", to buy some Viagra, or if you want to buy a brand new "genuine" I-Phone...
