LOCATION: average. near Makati. Just one UV express ride from Makati. The traffic outside is horrible especially going to Bicutan. AMENITIES: ummm, not resort-type amenities. Playground is far and isolated from other amenities. Like in some other condo that they have the playground near the pool area, activity area. The pool is not that stunning. You can't even have pool parties because you're not allowed to bring food in the tables near the pool, unlike in other condos that they do have cabanas around the pool that you can rent out if you have small parties or gathering. a bit discriminating too that they don't allow nannies in the pool. What if the parents are not around and your kids wanted to swim? The clubhouse is just good for 70 guests, you can't use the area around the clubhouse if you want to have more guests. PARKING SPACE: Not enough parking space for residents. They prioritize 3-bedroom owners, so if you have 2 bedrooms or less, sorry for yourself. You can't have your parking. They don't even have monthly parking rentals (understandable, because they don't even have parking spaces). You can park but they prefer daily rental which really cost a lot. They don't even have parking for guests. So better tell your guests to commute. They are not priorities. It's like bahala kayo sa buhay nyo kung saan kayo magpapark" scenario basta puno ang parking space sa clubhouse, which is always full with people paying daily rentals (as I said business is a priority, everything is all about business). Any pet is not allowed here. Water is so expensive and so is the association dues. I don't actually feel at home even if I am a resident. Too many flaws with the rules and regulations of the management. As what I've said, business is business and everything is all about money. I feel the difference of other developers' care to their residents whenever I visit my friends in their condos. Not worth the investment. If only I could back out, I would.
