Keys Realty and Development Corporation (KRDC) was established on August 18, 1992 with a noble mission to provide quality and affordable real estate projects in Metro Manila. 96% owned by the Knights of Columbus Fraternal Association of the Philippines (KCFAPI), the company symbolizes the knightly ideals of responsibility and authority. KRDC is the fifth youngest affiliate of KCFAPI. Spearheaded by chairman Renato M. Bernabe and President Henry A. Reyes, the group’s mission is to acquire and develop properties, and manage or dispose of the same. On March 24, 1995, the company’s capital increased from Php30 million to Php100 million. KRDC's first projects include Cartagena Grand Villas in BF Homes, Parañaque, followed by Cartagena II Townhomes along Naga Road, Las Piñas. Other housing projects include Keysville Townhomes in Bacoor, Cavite and Cartagena Suites Residential Condominium in Bagong Diwa Street, Makati City. Keys Realty and Development Corporation is located at General Luna corner Sta. Potenciana Street, Intramuros, Manila.
