ALI Makati Hotel & Residences, Inc. is a real estate developer and operator formerly known as KHI-ALI Manila, Inc. (KAM). Founded in 2007, the company is a joint venture between Kingdom Hotel Investments (KHI), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Saudi Arabian conglomerate Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), and Ayala Land Inc. (ALI). As of 2012, ALI has been operating as a subsidiary of Ayala Land Hotels and Resorts Corp. KHI-ALI Manila, Inc. specializes in subdividing real property into lots and developing residential, office, commercial establishments, and hotels. Located at SSHG Law Center Bldg., #105 Paseo de Roxas, Makati City, the group recently signed a US$103 million contract with D.M. Consunji, Inc. (DMCI) for the construction of Fairmont Hotel and Raffles Suites & Residences in Makati. The dual luxury hotel and residential project is set to become the leading destination in Manila for high-end urban dwellers, and business and leisure travelers.
