Nightly rent is approx 1200 to 1500 PHP with weekly, monthly and yearly rental available upon request.

Welcome to our new and fully furnished condo located on the 8th floor of the Boracay tower overlooking the Azure beach from the balcony. The Azure man-made beach with undulating waves also includes a beach bar and kiddies play area.

The condo is easy walking distance from the SM Bicutan shopping mall and is only a few kilometers away from Resorts World Manila and NAIA International Airport.

Our unit is 30sqm including the balcony and is fully furnished with a brand new bed and appliances.

We are located on the 8th floor which provides a perfect view of the beach.

The unit has been furnished to accommodate three people (1 queen sized bed and 1 pull out single sized mattress) however, we will allow up to four people to stay as long as you don't mind squeezing yourselves in.

First two guests have free access to the amenities. Azure charges Php 250 per additional person per shift payable at the lobby or poolside entrance. Access to the beach, wave pool and children's pool is from 7am to 12pm and then from 2pm to 7pm Tuesday to Sunday. The beach and pools are closed on Mondays for cleaning. Please note that toddlers/babies/kids regardless of age are part of the headcount.

There is no access to the beach/wave pool on the day of the check-out as we reserve the amenities access quota for incoming guests on that day.

Amenities building (gym/theatre/games) and lap pool has limited access

An ATM and quick clean service is available onsite

Check-in usually takes around 30 minutes at this property due to tight security and procedures upon arrival. Please keep this in mind.

Kindly inform us in advance the COMPLETE NAMES of all occupying guests before arrival for registration to avoid hassle in the waiting area. Please bring a valid ID for each guests.

Early check-in/ late check-out add Php 200/hour subject to availability.

Parking is available at a fee. Please approach the security guard to arrange it.
