I really like the location of Clairemont Hills - Townhouse units because it's perfect for a guy with a family like me. There will be an abundance of health and fitness facilities like a gym, jogging and biking paths and an infinity pool for relaxation and recreation amidst green surroundings. There are also amenities specifically for young children like a kiddie pool and a children's play area where young ones can spend their fun time safely and within the community's secure neighborhood.

I rented a unit here in Mayfair Tower for 1 year and I must say that leasing a unit here is one of the best because it's very close to government and international agencies, private offices; schools, colleges, and universities; hospitals, malls, hotels, and other interesting places and located within the culturally rich, commercial district of Ermita in Manila, the country's capital PLUS the amenities that keep you entertained. Good job!
