The Location is desirable if you consider that the MRT station is directly accessible. With it being in the EDSA -Pioneer intersection, you have a lot options for public transportation aside from the MRT. The Light mall and Robinsons shopping center next to it provide the much added convenience for the residents... Noise and Air pollution are two negative factors you need to seriously consider, if you intend to reside at Light Residences.

Location of this project is excellent with a short walk to Sen Gil Puyat Ave., strategically located in the corner of Nicanor Garcia St. and Metropolitan Avenue in Bel-Air. ; very accessible to Public Transportation.. Amenities are good with the Jazz Mall and SM Commercial area in the building a plus... The cuts are small and a bit pricey , but the major advantage is the location in the Makati Central Business District.

This one stands out as fully fitted, state of the art residences and its own 3 level high end mall and membership to a "world - class " club. The 52 amenities alone at the City club is mind boggling as every activity you can think of e.g.from HD Virtual golf to Pilates Studio to Airsoft Range , etc are readily available. I am blown away by the Function Rooms and the Leisure and Entertainment Spaces. Located right in the heart of Center Business District in Makati, this tops my list as the most desirable place to live in Makati.

Tucked in a quiet and tranquil location in Pasig, it's suprising that you can find a residential community that is serene right in the heart of the city. Security in the village is Excellent !, This very private living experience inside the village has it's; "trade-off" as you will have to have your own private vehicle to easily get around, as public transportation access requires quite a walking distance. Also, , the elevation is high enough that flooding was not a problem in the past.

Treveia was one of the first communities in this eco-city of Nuvali. A perfect environment to raise your family that affords you to easily experience nature in its abundance either you walk the trails , go to the Bird Sanctuary, wake boarding at the Republic Wake Park, biking, play outdoor sports at the "Fields" or even at the high end outdoor clubhouse.. Xavier School is just around the corner while Miriam College is just a few minutes drive down South. The Solenad Ayala Malls and hospitals are also a few minutes drive.. nothing more you can ask for as all are within reach. i highly recommend this for families who have children that are in grade school or high school , it;s an excellent environment .

Located at Taft Avenue near Sen.Gil Puyat Ave. in Pasay is flanked by other High Rise Condo units with several Developers. The "Resort Environment within the city " and the "Park like atmosphere" with amenities that open up to the sky and keep them in touch with the outdoors is what it makes it standout. However, with close proximity to several Bus Terminals and the jeepneys at Taft Avenue,expect major traffic encounters due to the congestion.as you enter or exit the building.

This community is located right by the Mamplasan Exit.as you go south on SLEX. way before the Nuvali develoment; this has been a growing community with excellent Security and Property Management.. The amenities are second to none and with a few minutes drive to Nuvali.. It's proximity to SLEX makes it an easy access to go to Metro Manila or further South to Batangas or Lucena. What I love most is the serene environment that affords living in one of the most sought after location down south.

The location is just right with just a few blocks from EDSA with easy access to public transportation and yet insulated enough from the noise , this is a very good strategic location with all the benefits of the "resort like amenities " and Lumiventte Technology which optimizes the air flow and as well as natural light coming through the building. "Thumbs up !" this is great value for your money ::-)

This first Avida Development in North BGC is located in the Northernmost part , only 2 blocks away from Kalayaan Avenue.and right beside the St. Michael;s Church . Perfect location even if you don't have a private vehicle; you may take a jeepney or FX at Kalayaan Avenue OR if you just need to go around BGC, there is a Bus stop beside the bldg "North Route BGC bus ".. Uptown Mall is also a few blocks away , the schools are in this part of BGC, i.e. DE LA SALLE College of Law, University of the Philippines, , International School, British School of Manila, and Japanese School to name a few. If you work in the area, then this is the perfect location and as mentioned even without a private vehicle ; the pathways in BGC have parks all over that going to your destination can be a leisurely and pleasant experience..

With the "Rockwell" brand , this community did not disappoint with the 'resort like" amenities and state of the art gym facilities.The Location is excellent as well , along the C5 corridor of properties ; within close proximity to the Frontera Verde commercial complex , Medical City and as well as exclusive schools such as St. Paul, La Salle and Xavier. Definitely has the /Rockwell Stamp of "Luxury and Quality of Living ' Dallas based architect,. Don Wilder described the development as being on “human scale,” meaning people can relate to it without being intimidated.
