I have been engaged in the real estate industry for two (2) years now with more emphasis on rentals of condominiums, houses, townhouses, commercial buildings, spaces, and lots. This has been my bread and butter for my growing family of 5. And I have already earned a long list of house owners and renters alike that have become my close friends, partners, and have been very loyal to my services. I don't cater to a one-shot deal. I serve my clients all-year long even after the first year of term has consummated or terminated. I work closely with my clients for a long-term relationship as if we are a family. I have an excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills. My clients are guaranteed full understanding and comprehension of terms whether they are fluent or not in the English language. I deal purely on trust. I don't ask for any documents such as authority to sell or special power of attorney or anything of that sort just to transact business. My maxim is that "if one intends to fool or take advantage of you from the beginning, whether you have documents or not, he is going to take advantage of you". And since I don't take advantage on others, I don't expect them to do the same to me. If they do, it's up to them. I am a free-lancer and I'm doing this full-time. So you are guaranteed that I will be there when you need me most.
