We help first time home owners look for a place that suits their needs and we also help provide homes to renters within their budget. We teach new investors to own their own place. By going the extra mile we helped them generate income for their investments, and that service in turn led to future property investments. We also helped clients look for property they could rent within their budget then educates them on how to save and eventually purchase their own property.

Helped me lease my home

Sandra and her team of liars entered into a written agreement with me to lease and manage my unit in Eastwood. For 2 years, they did not rent out my unit only to tell me they do not conduct short-term leases, although it was written in our contract. Further, under Dolosa Group, many items (mostly new) went missing or broken under their management. Only after 2 years and upon threat of a lawsuit, they went back to clean the unit and return some of the missing items. The aircon was found to be not working. They agreed to fix it but was unable in the first instance. Now they are refusing to shoulder the costs although they initally admitted (in the presence of my lawyer and representative) to either "repair and replace". Sandra's agent, Anna Margarita Cruz, is a liar and thief. Sandra is a liar and a thief. I do not recommend her and her company to anyone. Your items will go missing or broken. Your property will be mis-managed. I will be filing an official complaint against them shortly. They also blocked my lawyer from communicating with them and continues to email me directly inspite knowing that I have a lawyer they can speak with directly.
