I contacted him, after which he called me and we discussed the main points. I was very optimistic at that point as he asked good questions and was very polite. He promised to get back to me with some ideas for viewings. After 2 days I asked him about the updates, to which he replied that he will contact some owners. After a week I wrote to him again, he asked some follow-up questions, then again, no word from him ever since (more t then a week). I would say that Sean could be more professional and not have his potential clients chase after him.
