Icon is a fantastic place to live in! It's a brand new building with management and staff that really care about the tenants. Sound like a dream? That's because it is! The building has 24 hour security who is very friendly and helpful, a hot tub, a brand new gym, garage parking, and beautiful rooftop views a combination of urban and greenery! The units are beautiful: new appliances, hardwood floors in the kitchen, carpet in the bedrooms, big bathrooms....I could go on. The neighborhood is also great. It's close to the financial district makati and bgc, burgos circle restaurants, the mind museum, SM Aura and High Street is two blocks away. Finally, and probably most importantly for most people, the prices are really good for brand new units in that location. If you're looking for a new building in an awesome location with great neighbors, this place is for you!
