The Good - In contrast with most condominiums available today, Alfaro Place offers bigger than the standard sized condo units such as the studio unit is 22-square meters. The unit size is spacious; you will feel a sense of comfort and privacy. Its prime location within the Makati Central Business District is a plus, as it allows accessibility to the leading commercial establishments in Makati.

The Bad - Founded over a decade ago, Alfaro Place is one of the condominiums in Makati that still has looks old-fashioned. You can feel its oldness through the worn-out appearance evident through its hallways’ finish. The confined passageways will make you feel uneasy. There are no available amenities here.

Property Management
Located on the lower and upper ground of Alfaro Place are some commercial establishments that need tidying because of its disorganized appearance. The façade will give you a hint on its management. Stains and cracks are evident on its yellow exterior. The sole elevator shows signs of timeworn condition with its walls and speed. Parking area is podium or multi-story type and guest parking has no allotment here. Generator back-up can accommodate small to medium sized appliances in the units. There are several service providers for cable, landline, and internet. Gas cooktop is preferred for cooking.
You can enter the premises through the two entrances located at the upper and lower ground floors. Both have a security guard on post. Registration and submission of ID card are required. No visible roving guards within the vicinity. Security cameras are installed in different common areas.
Much to your dismay, there are no amenities in Alfaro Place. Its lobby is kept clean and polished, though its design is of old-fashioned one. The decors are outdated and dull giving an impression of blandness. A directory of the commercial establishments can be seen in the lobby, too. The general rules and regulations are posted on the lobby too.
Unit Quality
In terms of unit cut, Alfaro Place can boast of the extensive space it offers being one of the earliest condominiums therein Makati. The layout and partitions are well designed for different area assignments in the unit. The area is fitting for a big family and feels more like a homely than the usual modern condo unit because its extensive space. The theme is in white and brown palette, revealing the old-fashioned style this condo has. Unit types come in two bedroom and three bedroom units with a maid’s room and veranda. Natural lighting and ventilation are allocated more in the living room and bedrooms.
Nearby the Salcedo Park, Alfaro Place Condominium is located at Leviste Street, Salcedo Vilage in Makati City. It is with close proximity to the Makati Central Business District and popular establishments like Greenbelt, Glorietta, and Rockwell. It is accessible to the major roads such as Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Paseo De Roxas, and Makati Avenue.Public transportation is via taxi. LRT 1 and MRT are a drive away from here.

The cheapest place you can get in this location. You could literally walk to anywhere in the Makati CBD in a couple of minutes. There's also a friggin park right next door. Who needs a lap pool eh?

I lived here for a year and only moved out because of work. The units may be smaller than what you expect for an old building but I loved the quietness of the neighborhood. You can jog at night without having to worry about your safety because security guards of nearby condos are everywhere. This condo is just a kembot away from the Salcedo Park where the famous Saturday Market is held weekly. Being one of the pioneer buildings in the area, you cannot expect much amenities from it. All in all, I would always love to come back to this condo. I'm a sucker for privacy and exclusivity of the area.

If your budget is only 18,000 Pesos per month. This is the best condominium you can rent on a tight budget.
