The Good - Amorsolo Square East tower is located at Rockwell, Makati City. As a bustling residential, entertainment, and shopping district, tenants have easy access to places such as Power Plant Mall, Rockwell Club, various banks, schools, restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques. The Rockwell Center is also just a few minutes’ drive away from the central business districts of Makati and Ortigas. Only private vehicles and taxis can enter the area which is why the place is patrolled by traffic officers and security personnel to keep things orderly. A grand, high ceiling lobby connects the east and west towers of Amorsolo. The units of the building are kept in good shape by the unit owners. Some of them even have well thought interior design. The furniture, fixtures, and appliances are of good quality. Some of the wall partitions, although they are hollow, are sturdy and blend well with the solid walls. The common areas are all nicely kept and the amenity area, which is part of the Rockwell Club, is high-end and properly maintained. Balconies are also available in the 2BR and 3BR units.

The Bad - Since the east tower shares the lobby with the west tower, future residents can expect the lobby to be busy and noisy, especially during rush hours. The number of guests in the lobby that will be inquiring at the concierge also grows because there are a lot of residents in the two buildings combined. Congestion in the front street also becomes a problem during rush hours. Public transportation, aside from taxis, are hard to come by. Residents would need to get out of the Rockwell area to be able to ride jeepneys, buses, or trains for harder to reach destinations. The building not only shares its lobby but also its Rockwell Club amenities with other towers which include Amorsolo West, Luna Place, and Rizal Place. Because of this, lots of people tend to use the amenities area and it might be a little too crowded for some.

Property Management
The building was developed by Rockwell Land Corporation and is currently being maintained by the Rockwell Property Management Corporation. They allow pets inside the building. The same rules apply with renovations and replacements. Guests and food deliveries are allowed in the building with consent from the tenant and the security personnel. Electric stoves must be used for cooking and tenants do not need to worry about the air-conditioning provision because it is already centralized. A 24-hour reception is available in the lobby. Everything from the facade and amenities to the units and common areas is well maintained. The overall design is sophisticated and high-end.
The building is properly secured. Tenants can feel safe knowing that security personnel and CCTV cameras will guard them and keep watch of the areas 24 hours a day and seven days a week. The guards are stationed at the main entrance, lobby, amenities area, and parking area. Meanwhile, the surveillance cameras keep watch in all the common areas of the building and these include the amenities area, the lobby, the corridors, and the elevators. The building itself cannot be easily accessed by just anybody because the building is in an exclusive area and guards are stationed at gates to check who comes in the compound.
The building has a wide, high-ceiling lobby in the middle of the two buildings. This lobby connects the east tower with the west tower of Amorsolo Square. The design of the lobby is simple and elegant. There are concierges available for both the east and west tower. Chairs and couches are scattered throughout the lobby for the comfort of the guests, tenants, and unit owners. Parts of the design of the lobby are the big column pillars which are part of the buildings support and blend in well with the lobby’s design. The shared high-end amenities in the Rockwell Club are big, well maintained and designed well. The pool area is big and safe for kids to play around in. The flooring is made of rough stones to prevent people from slipping. The gym has complete equipment and is air-conditioned. A spa is also available just right beside the gym.
Unit Quality
The 18-storey building has a sophisticated and modern design with neutral tones as its dominant theme colors. The theme itself is not anything specific like Roman or Asian but something more simple and modern. The floors are made of marble and are of a white and brown color. In the units, dryer vents are available for the washing machines. Balconies are also available in the 2BR and 3BR units. It is up to the unit owners whether they will allow their tenants to renovate the place or replace any of the furniture or appliances. Amorsolo Square East units have a centralized air-conditioning system.
The building is conveniently located in the high-end district of Rockwell. Hospital and banks are accessible. Schools like the Ateneo Law School and Ateneo Graduate School of Business are just a few steps away. The Power Plant shopping center is just on the Eastern block of Rockwell and easily accessible. The Ortigas and Makati CBD are just a short drive away. Commercial establishments like boutiques, and restaurants are scattered all over the Rockwell area so future tenants have lots of options.

Amorsolo Square units are adequately sized, making the property the perfect choice for those who want to move around a condo like a stand alone home. Although high foot traffic is experienced in the lobby due to the Rockwell Club access at ground floor, the tower is remains well secured exclusive for residents only. In the other hand, since the tower overlaps common areas with the Club, residents feel like they have an extended garden beyond their personal space inside the unit. The property keeps a strong rental or buying investment due to its "mid" spectrum in terms of unit sizes compared to other projects within the community.

Rockwell Land

Established in 1995, Rockwell Land Corporation is co-owned by Manila Electric Company (Meralco) and First Holdings.
