The units in Andrea North Towers are huge. One bedroom unit may come in between 45 or 68 square meters and the biggest units of three to four bedroom type measure 207 square meters. Even the balcony is spacious at 17 square meters. In addition, pets can live in this condominium.

The Bad -

There are no drying cages for laundry provisions. The roof deck serves as replacement.

The Verdict -

City living is made better with Andrea North Towers. The units are well-planned with large living spaces and flowing layouts. It is a family friendly development with lenient policies like allowing pets in the premises and any service provider for the landline, cable, and internet services. The towers are strategically constructed so that the area is breezy and the neighborhood is peaceful. Residents can choose among the array of amenities in the clubhouse. The adult and kiddie pools are impressively done. The clubhouse can cater to more than 100 persons. It is located near the high-end Robinsons Magnolia mall.
