The Good - Another project of Avida Land in Makati, Avida Towers San Lorenzo’s accessibility to different establishments is its primary asset among the other condominiums in the area. Virtually near commercial hotspots and major thoroughfares in Makati, Avida Tower San Lorenzo lives up to its promise of less hassles with distances as it brings you closer to anywhere, everywhere in Makati.


The Bad - As of writing, the second tower’s construction is in full swing, thus noise can be expected to bother residents in the first tower. Moreover, some residents of the first tower complain about the noise coming from the Philippine National Railway (PNR) as Avida Tower San Lorenzo is near Pasay Road Station.


Property Management
The management has strictly implemented certain policies to ensure its residents safety and security within the condominium. They only allow electricity-powered kitchen appliances for cooking within the condominium. On the other hand, they do not allow pets to reside in the condominium. You can opt for any service providers for cable TV, internet, and landline.
Security
The security protocol in Avida Towers San Lorenzo is tight. Guard stations are located at the entrance/exit driveways of the condominium. They will carefully scrutinize anyone coming in the premises of the condominium. There are numerous roaming security personnel monitoring various activities within the condominium. Aside from their well-trained personnel, they also have installed CCTV surveillance cameras around the building.
Unit Quality
Avida Towers San Lazaro offers studio, 1BR, and 2BR units. All units are constructed in a way that every unit has its own view of the Makati skyline. Its studio unit can only accommodate one resident only. The unit is already painted with neutral colors. The expansive windows installed allows natural light to flow in the unit. The kitchen space is fully equipped with laminate countertops and overhead cabinet fixtures. Depending on the location of the unit in the tower, one can hear the PNR approaching or leaving the station at certain times.
Location
The Avida Towers San Lorenzo is sandwiched between one-way roads Estacion and Chino Roces Avenue, formerly known as Pasong Tamo. While it offers commendable accessibility to various hotspots in Makati, some of the residents complain of the ongoing construction of the Tower II and the noise coming from the train station of the PNR. During peak hours, traffic congestion is to be expected along Chino Roces, as well as the major thoroughfares near the condominium.

This is one of the most practical places to live in Makati. The condo is within walking distance to Greenbelt. There are jeepneys that stop right in front of the condo going to Magallanes MRT, Ayala MRT, Buendia/PRC. And nearby there are jeepneys going to Libertad LRT. Taxis are 24/7. Place is 20 minutes going to the airport. The place is not only accessible, it is also next door to Waltermart which gives its residence easy access to groceries, supplies, a department store, even to a cinema! There are so many affordable food establishments as well. Little Tokyo is one block away. The place is across Don Bosco school, and near the church. Living here is very practical, especially if your office is within the Makati area. Removes the stress of commuting. (I personally walk to our offices at 6750, coming to/from this place.) At the same time, the neighborhood is very affordable and you dont need to worry about high cost of living when you are here.

Good location in front of DonBosco school beside walter mart. 15mins away from glorietta and near business center.

All promotions are lies. The building leaks, daily dose of foul smell from trash and you'll hate living in a place whose policies are all about image and not favorable to residents.
