The Good - Belton Place is a new residential condominium located at Yakal Street, Makati City. Its location within the business district of Makati makes it ideal for professionals and families looking for a home proximal to primary establishments in the Makati area. On the other hand, its accessibility to major thoroughfares such as Ayala and Buendia avenues is another factor to consider.


The Bad - The property management has set restrictions when it comes to subscription plans for services such as cable TV, landline, and internet. The Belton Place can only be accessed through Yakal Street. Consequently, Yakal Street is a one-way road, making it difficult to access for those who aren’t familiar with the traffic rules of Makati City.


Property Management
Belton Place is a relatively new condominium in the Buendia Avenue area. Its minimalistic yet modern façade is its edge against the other condominiums found in San Antonio Village. Meanwhile, the condominium policies set by Eton Properties Philippines Inc. are restrictive. A limited range of service providers are only allowed within the condominium. Belton Place does not allow any pets within the premises. As a safety precaution, they only allow electric kitchen appliances for cooking. They can only provide around 80% of backup power during blackouts.
Security
The security personnel of the condominium are well-trained. One personnel is stationed at the entrance to receive guests, and another one is in the lobby, assisting the concierge. Aside from security guards roaming around the condominium, the building has CCTV surveillance cameras installed in the common areas to monitor suspicious activities at the security command center.
Amenities

Good thing however, the Belton Place has its own raised drop-off point, making it convenient for the residents to enter or exit the condominium easily. Numerous universities, government offices, entertainment spots, office buildings, and malls are near Belton Place. Yakal Street is a one-way road; if you’re not familiar with the Makati area, you might find it difficult to go to Belton Place. However, the surrounding area nearby is commonly known to be flood-prone, so traveling to and fro places might be a struggle during weather disturbances.

Just 2 blocks away from the main avenue Buendia, you can walk and get on a bus to enter the CBD and all the Shopping Malls. Probably around 12-15mins if you walk it. Good location but sometimes it can be a bit traffic by its streets. Perfect place for those who are starting out independently. The scheduled trash collection is a really memorable service too.
