The Good - Any Internet or cable provider may be applied for by the tenant. Either gas or electricity may be used for cooking. There is 24 hour security in the building to keep tenants safe. Also, in case of power outages, the tower has 80% generator back up. The rooms are spacious. Pets are allowed. Deliveries and guests can also enter the building.

The Bad - The lobby feels more like an office than a condominium lobby. Only the security guard attends the reception desk. The building is not that well maintained and its only amenity is the pool.

Property Management
Management allows guests and delivery personnel inside the building. They also allow tenants’ pets in the units. Construction and renovations are allowed with permission from the unit owner of building management.
Tenants can rest assured knowing that there is 24 hour security in the building. A security guard and CCTV cameras help monitor the entrance and every common area in the building. The lobby has no 24 hour concierge and sometimes it is the guard who attends the desk. Fire emergency systems like sprinklers, alarms, extinguishers, and exits are all in place.
The building’s lobby area is quite small and feels more like an office than a reception area. The only amenity in the building is the pool on the roof deck. The area feels a bit cramped and it doesn’t look well maintained. The small elevator and the hallways are lighted, well enough.
Unit Quality
The units are spacious but the design is done in an older style. But renovations or repairs can be done as long there is permission from the management or unit owner. Overall, there are only a few units per floor because most of the floor space is taken up by the big units which is nice because there is less noise and more room inside the units. The walls are nice and solid, but some of the furniture are in need of repairs or changing.
The building is located in Salcedo Village which is part of Makati’s Central Business District. The street is quite narrow and many cars and people pass along so sometimes it can be quite congested and busy. But aside from this setback, the area is nice because many business, financial, commercial, retail, and entertainment centers are just a few steps away.
