The Good - In spite of its more than two decades age, Cosmopolitan Tower’s exterior and interiors are fine. The management is friendly and accommodating. The unit has comfortable size to its allotted unit type and exclusivity is at prime with only four units per floor.

The Bad - Cosmopolitan Tower has small-sized amenities from pool, to gym, and even social hall. There is not even a lifeguard at the swimming area.

Property Management
Cosmopolitan Tower has friendly and accommodating personnel. The overall upkeep is noteworthy that even the elevator has its freshener. There is an allotted area for guest parking here. Laundry service is provided with laundry cage per unit. Two backup generators are the source of power not only when there is a power shortage but also for the water system. When there is an announcement from the management downstairs, there is a speaker designated at each floor for information dissemination.
If there’s something unique and strange with Cosmopolitan Tower Condominium is its gated entrance. It is a high-rise condominium of 28 stories so a gateway before the entrance is unusual in terms of aesthetics though this is an additional form of security barrier. Even if there is no guard at post at the gate, security service is round the clock. Visitors will have to register at the reception area and surrender an ID card to the guard in charge. There are evident security cameras situated in selected common areas. In each unit and in the hallways, smoke detector and water sprinkler are installed for fire ordeal. Fire extinguishers and fire exit are strategically located at the end of the hallway. As regards with swimming pool safety, there are no lifeguards on that area
The lounge in the lobby is polished and kept clean with the usual décors and simple furniture pieces. Cosmopolitan Tower’s amenities include an open area swimming pool, gym, children’s playground, and social hall. The pool’s size is small in ratio with the residents in the condominium and there is only one lounge chair at the poolside. The gym is small and with few gym equipment and exercise machines. The social hall has a homelike arrangement with sofa set and dining room furniture although its area may not fit a large volume of people in an event.
Unit Quality
There are four units per floor in this condominium. The spacious and well-partitioned units in Cosmopolitan Tower is one of its remarkable features. You can have ample space to personalize your unit. Each unit has balcony for outdoor space. The layout ensures privacy of each area in the unit. The units finish is still in good condition although the overall interior is not modern in terms of design. The lighting and ventilation provision is adequate with enough number of lights and window per area.
Cosmopolitan Tower is located within Salcedo Village community. It is surrounded by other skyscrapers and business establishments such as international corporations, banks, and financial institutions in Makati Business District. Ayala Avenue and Gil Puyat Avenue are accessible from its location. Cabs are available for public transport because there is no passing public utility vehicle on its area.
