The Good - The Crown Tower in Salcedo Village, Makati is a good choice for condominium living as it is near different commercial establishments. The building façade emits an elegant vibe. Despite its age, it is well-maintained. They value the security of the residents with different precaution policies they implement.

The Bad - Crown Tower has limited amenities — a swimming pool and a large enclosed space for a function room.

Property Management
The Crown Tower’s appearance accounts itself as one of the aged buildings in Makati. However, the façade is well-maintained, thus retaining its elegant impression. Generally, pets are allowed. They allow guests, but they should submit their information at the concierge first for security reasons. Packages are to be left at the concierge for pickup by the tenant; however, due to the limited size of the cluster commercial mailboxes, medium to large parcels are left at the hallway. The security and condominium personnel are very polite, and would be ready to assist you or answer questions about the unit itself or its amenities and policies.
Security is strict in the Crown Tower. You cannot enter the lobby right away; unlike the other condominiums with glass doors, the Crown Tower is equipped with a gate door. A security guard will ask you for your purpose, and he will refer you to the building concierge. Afterwards, the concierge will ask for some details about you for security reasons. The hallways have CCTV cameras installed, and there are fire precaution and safety features each floor.
The lobby is spacious, perfect for accepting a large group of guests. The concierge is near the cluster commercial mailbox, making it easier for them to monitor any mails or packages for the residents. A swimming pool and a large enclosed space that serves as a function room are the only amenities available in the condominium.
Unit Quality
The unit itself is spacious. You can see the dining area and the living room as you enter the unit. The bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen are in a separate partition of the room. Fixed furniture such as cupboards and cabinets are available. Electrical sockets are sparingly distributed in each part of the room. There is no balcony for this type of unit. The unit is ideal for medium to large sizes of families with about 4-6 members.
This condominium is ideal for medium to large sized families with breadwinners working in Makati. Not only is it near business establishments, there are also universities that are easily accessible such as the Mapúa Institute of Technology of Makati. Your guests can park their vehicles outside or at allocated pay parking lots around the vicinity. The building has a flood-free record. If you don’t own a vehicle, getting around might be a bit difficult due to lack of public utility vehicles that pass through Salcedo Village.

i used to hang out here twice or thrice a month. Place is awesome, but small. Guards were not that strict with visitors coming in and out of the place, which i find not secure if i were to live here.
