The Good - The building has big units with balconies. The area is also near shopping centers, business, commercial, and entertainment centers in the area. The security is also good. Tenants can use either gas or electric stoves. For ventilation, they can use either split-type or window type air-conditioning units.

The Bad - No pets are allowed in the building. No amenities are available in the building. The entrance area is quite narrow and cramped. The lobby area of the tower is not accommodating for guests or tenants. Although there are enough seats, there is no ventilation. The elevator is also quite rickety. The rooms, although spacious, need a lot of repair or renovation.

Property Management
The building is strict about their No Pets policy. But for matters like gas or electric stoves and split-type or window-type air-conditioners, they are lenient. Guests can enter as long as the tenant and the guard is informed. From outside you can see that the building looks quite old and run-down. This is probably because maintenance is not that good, which can be seen with the property’s lobby, units, elevator, and hallways.
Building security is around the clock. A guard attends the main entrance of the building. Surveillance cameras can also be seen monitoring common areas like the elevators and the hallways. Because the building is quite old and gas cooking is allowed in the building, fire prevention is a definite priority. Exit signs, escape routes, alarms, smoke detectors, and sprinklers are in good working condition. Tenants can also easily access fire extinguishers, hoses, and exits.
Once you enter the building, you are greeted by the security guard and a small area with chairs in front of the elevator systems. There is no air-conditioning system in the lobby, which might be uncomfortable for some guests and tenant. The elevators look quite run-down already. Lighting in these common areas are dim. Unfortunately, there are no amenities in the building.
Unit Quality
The units themselves are wide and spacious — even a 1BR unit can fit about 3 people. Another good thing about the rooms are its wide balconies overlooking the surrounding buildings and parks. Although, repairs and changes may have to be made by the new tenant, because the units are not in good condition anymore. The hallways are a little narrow and lighting is dim but the rooms per floor are relatively fewer than most new buildings. This lessens disturbances in the area.
The building’s location is great not only because it’s in a corner area, but it is also near many commercial, business, retail, and entertainment centers. Tenants can easily walk to and from places. There are parks near the area where kids can play and where tenants can stroll and jog. Sidewalks are wide and the streets are not so cramped. Even at night, the surrounding area is safe for pedestrians.
