The Good -

Francesca Royale Condominium offers a rent to own payment scheme on your chosen studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, or loft type unit. This condo is along Mindanao Avenue which is accessible via public transport of jeeps and tricycles. It also houses several commercial establishments in the condominium complex that add convenience to the condo living of the residents.

The Bad -

The basement parking has limited slots in ratio with the residents of Francesca Royale Condominium which has three medium rise residential buildings. Also, there is no provision for guest parking. The units are small-sized - a studio unit measures 18 square meters.

The Verdict -

The condominium complex is a bit crowded with three medium rise buildings sharing the lot; nevertheless, it is an overall peaceful and organized community. The common areas such as the lobby, hallways, and pool are well-kept. There are ample open spaces at the landscaped outdoor park and sky view lounge with garden at the rooftop. The drawback however is the cramped unit spaces except for the loft types. The loft type units which are much advisable for families or group of young professionals have high-ceilings and well-ventilated layouts. So far, this is a fair condominium for the middle-class market.
