The Good - Public transportation like taxis and jeepneys are very easy to come by. The condominium is well secured with 24-hour CCTV cameras and numerous security personnel keeping watch throughout the area. A swimming pool and a gym are available. The units are relatively spacious and could easily accommodate singles, couples, and small families. The Governor’s Place is only a few minutes away from Shangri-La Mall and SM Megamall. There are also numerous convenience stores and fast food chains near the area.

The Bad - The units, although spacious, could also be better maintained. The flooring and wall paint are peeling off. The area is prone to heavy traffic during rush hours. The common areas including the lobbies, hallways, and elevators need proper cleaning.

The Verdict - Overall, the building is highly recommended for those seeking a convenient urban living space. One of the perks of living in The Governor’s Place is that residents do not need to worry about power outages because of the 100% backup generator. Being near malls, convenience stores, and restaurants is also a big plus. The place is not advisable for pet owners because the condominium doesn’t allow any pets inside the premises.

The ELEVATORS are DEFECTIVE. Either you get stuck on the elevator or they totally shut it off. Residents are forced to scale stairs going up and down. The administration PROMISED the replacement by 2015. Half of the year had already passed but we don't see any forthcoming replacement. The administration is good in making PROMISES.
